BSE observation response
BSE reviews every Research Analyst and Investment Adviser application before it goes to SEBI, and raises observations. If you filed the application yourself and it came back, we draft the corrected response so it clears in the next round.
Research Analysts and Investment Advisers who filed their own application.
To see when this and your other duties fall due, use the free compliance calendar.
- Applications are made to the BSE administration body, RAASB for Research Analysts and IAASB for Investment Advisers. It scrutinises the application and recommends it to SEBI, which grants the registration.
- Observations come back as a list of items to correct or explain.
- SEBI does not commit to a processing timeline, and neither can we.
- Read each observation and the application it relates to.
- Draft the corrected declarations, write-ups and annexures in the prescribed formats.
- Fix date and name inconsistencies across the documents.
- Re-upload the response through the portal, one round per fee.
- The observation list from BSE.
- The application as you filed it and your supporting documents.
- The current status on the BSE portal and any steps still pending on your side.
₹7,500 per round
For self-filers. If we prepared your registration, observation responses cost you nothing extra.
I did not use BuildWright for registration. Can you still help?
Yes. This service is for exactly that case, at ₹7,500 for each round of observations.
Is there a charge if you prepared my registration?
No. Our own registration clients pay nothing extra for observation responses.
How long until it is cleared?
We cannot commit to a timeline. Processing rests with the BSE administration body and SEBI.
Do you guarantee the registration?
No. We prepare accurate responses. The decision is SEBI's.
Want this taken off your list?
