The offer

Two ways to hire us

A monthly plan

One subscription runs your compliance year. Statutory filings made on time, agreements drafted when you need them, every deadline tracked before it can turn into a penalty.

Three tiers, matched to what your entity has to file.

A one-off project

Need a single piece of work, like a company registered, a licence obtained or a contract drafted? We quote one fixed fee before we start, you approve it, and we take the whole filing from there. No hourly meter.

Plans and projects both draw on the same four service lines:

The platform

See your company the way we do

Every company we work with gets one plain-language picture of its compliance side: which rules apply to it, what is due next, what got filed and when. Most founders have never seen this for their own company. Their CA has it, somewhere in a folder.

Yours sits on a dashboard you log into, and we keep it current. Read it in a few minutes, ask us anything it raises, then get back to building.

This view comes with every monthly plan. See what the plans include →

Your documents are encrypted in transit and at rest on Google Cloud infrastructure. Access stays limited to you and the BuildWright team on your account. Details in our privacy policy.

How we work

Four things we put in writing

Ask a founder what went wrong with the last firm they paid and you get one of four answers. The bill was not the number they were told. Nobody could say who was actually doing the work. Weeks passed with no word. A date slipped and it cost the firm nothing. Here is how each of those goes with us.

  1. 01

Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed before we start

You see the work written out and the fee for it before anything begins. If the scope changes later, we quote the change and wait for you to approve it. There is no hourly billing here and no line item you have not already seen.

  2. 02

One named person owns your file

You get a name and a number, and that person stays with your work from the first document to the last filing. Ask them where something stands and they answer you directly.

  3. 03

    A written update every week

Every Monday you get a short note saying what moved last week, what is sitting with a government portal, and what we are waiting on from you. It arrives in the weeks when nothing moved too. Those are the weeks people usually go quiet on you.

  4. 04

Miss a date we committed to and that piece is free

When a delay sits with us, you do not pay for that piece of work. Dates that depend on a government portal or on papers we are waiting for from you are not dates we commit to, and we tell you which is which at the time we quote.

Entity Selection Advisor

Choosing the wrong structure is expensive to undo later, and a generic AI prompt won't know what to ask you. Answer a few real questions and get a recommended structure — Private Limited, LLP, OPC, or Partnership — grounded in what BuildWright actually tells founders.

DPDP Compliance Checklist

Ask a general AI assistant about DPDP and it will answer you in GDPR. Answer a few real questions about how your product handles user data and get a readiness check against India's own Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025, including the duties that never reach a company your size.

LLP Agreement Generator

You could ask a generic AI to draft this, but it won't know which governance clauses your partnership actually needs or what to ask you first. Answer a few real questions about your partners and business, and get a full draft LLP Agreement — the document every LLP needs to define ownership, profit sharing, and governance.

DPIIT Innovation & Scalability Write-Up Generator

A generic AI will write you generic startup-pitch copy. DPIIT reviewers are checking your write-up against a specific statutory standard — innovation, improvement, or scalable wealth/employment potential. Answer a few real questions about your business and get a write-up structured around what that standard actually requires.

Professional Tax Calculator

Professional Tax is a state tax with a different slab in every state that levies it. Tell us the state, the track (your own liability or an employee's), and the income figure, and get the actual monthly and annual amount, not a generic estimate.

Which Registrations Does My Proprietorship Need

There's no single 'proprietorship registration' — it's GST, Shops & Establishment, Udyam and professional tax, and which ones actually apply to you depends on your turnover, state and premises. Answer a few questions and get a straight answer for each, not a generic checklist.

Trademark Class Finder

Filing in the wrong NICE class doesn't get your fee back. Describe what your product or business actually does and get a reasoned class recommendation: the real cost of getting it wrong, and whether your discounted fee slab applies.

Employment Document Generator

A generic AI will hand you a US-shaped template with a non-compete clause that's void the moment an Indian employee signs it. Pick your document, an offer letter, appointment letter, employment agreement, consultant agreement, or NDA, answer a few real questions, and get a draft built around what actually holds up under Indian contract law.

Contract Risk Reviewer

Upload an MSA, SOW, vendor agreement, or NDA and get a plain-language read on what it actually says: whether the liability cap, indemnity, IP ownership, and termination clauses are balanced or one-sided, checked against Indian contract law rather than a generic global template.

MSME Payment Calculator

If a buyer has not paid your MSME-registered business on time, the MSMED Act 2006 entitles you to compound interest at three times the RBI bank rate. Enter the invoice details and get the exact interest amount owed, with the statutory basis.

Cheque Bounce Notice Timer

A cheque has bounced and you have exactly 30 days to send a legal notice under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Enter the bounce date and get your exact deadlines, the mandatory steps, and what happens if you miss them.

Board Resolution Finder

Tell us what your company needs to do and get the exact board resolution required, the statutory section it falls under, and whether it needs a board resolution, a special resolution at a general meeting, or both.

Annual Compliance Calendar

Enter your entity type, incorporation date, and state, and get a month-by-month compliance calendar with every ROC, tax, and labour filing deadline specific to your company or LLP. No more missed DIR-3 KYC or late AOC-4.

Freelancer Agreement Advisor

Describe your freelance engagement and get a clause-by-clause breakdown of what your service agreement should include: scope boundaries, payment protection, IP transfer terms, and the MSMED Act safeguards most freelancers miss.

HR Policy Compliance Checker

Enter your employee count, state, and industry, and find out which employment policies are legally mandatory for your company right now: POSH at 10 employees, EPF at 20, equal opportunity at 20, and the rest of the ladder.

Frequently asked questions

You pay one fixed fee for the scope you agree upfront, so you know the cost before the work starts. No hourly rate that grows with every email, and no retainer ticking over in months when you need nothing. BuildWright works as your virtual compliance team: incorporation, contracts and compliance, handled end to end.

An LLP has fewer compliance requirements and is often simpler for services-based businesses. A private limited company is usually the better fit if you're raising outside investment, since most investors require it. The right choice depends on your specific plans.

You see it on our platform. We keep a plain-language picture of your company current: which rules apply to you, what is due next, what got filed and when. When something needs your attention, we tell you before it becomes a problem.

That's what we're tracking for you. ROC, GST, ITR and renewal dates are watched on your behalf and filed before they turn into penalties, with every document kept findable in one place.

Yes. Your documents and company records live on Google Cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to you and the BuildWright team working on your account. We never sell your data, and we never share it outside that work. The full details are in our privacy policy.
