SEBI RA and IA compliance after registration
Registration is the start of the work. A registered Research Analyst or Investment Adviser has an audit, a segregation certificate, a website, a deposit and a set of dated filings to keep up every year. BuildWright Consultants prepares the files, tracks the dates and keeps your documents current, so your time goes to research and clients.
We prepare the files
Audit papers, disclosures, client agreements and the records SEBI expects, drafted and kept current.
We arrange the segregation certificate
The client-segregation certificate the rules ask for, arranged and on file before it is due.
We track the dates
Audit, 31 October, 30 April and renewal dates sit on one calendar that we watch.
We keep the documents current
When a rule or a client count changes, the matching document changes with it.
Open any item for the detail. Each one comes from SEBI's regulations and master circulars, current to October 2026. For your own dates, use the free compliance calendar.
