Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing about the credit information that you reported to Sample Credit Bureau for personal loan PL/2024/118842 held with you. I am a borrower and this letter is my complaint that the information is wrong.
I saw the credit report dated 10 October 2026. It shows: The loan is shown as overdue by 90 days, with an outstanding balance of Rs 48,000.
The information should show: The loan was closed on 30 September 2026 with no amount outstanding and no overdue instalment.
I first raised this with you on 12 October 2026.
I ask you to correct the information, to send the updated credit information to Sample Credit Bureau, and to tell me in writing what you have done.

The same para provides for compensation of Rs 100 per calendar day if a complaint is not resolved within thirty calendar days from the date of its initial filing. It treats a complaint as resolved on the date the rectified credit report has been sent to the postal address or email ID the complainant provided.
