There are two ways to work with us. Subscribe to a monthly plan and we run your legal groundwork for you: compliance tracked, filings done, contracts drafted, all visible on your own dashboard. Or pick any single piece of work below as a fixed-fee project. Everything here is documentation, filing and compliance facilitation. We never do courtroom work.
How we work
Ask a founder what went wrong with the last firm they paid and you get one of four answers. The bill was not the number they were told. Nobody could say who was actually doing the work. Weeks passed with no word. A date slipped and it cost the firm nothing. Here is how each of those goes with us.
You see the work written out and the fee for it before anything begins. If the scope changes later, we quote the change and wait for you to approve it. There is no hourly billing here and no line item you have not already seen.
You get a name and a number, and that person stays with your work from the first document to the last filing. Ask them where something stands and they answer you directly.
Every Monday you get a short note saying what moved last week, what is sitting with a government portal, and what we are waiting on from you. It arrives in the weeks when nothing moved too. Those are the weeks people usually go quiet on you.
When a delay sits with us, you do not pay for that piece of work. Dates that depend on a government portal or on papers we are waiting for from you are not dates we commit to, and we tell you which is which at the time we quote.
One subscription, and your groundwork stops being your job.
Every plan is per entity, and every one comes with your dashboard. Each tier includes everything in the tier before it. Annual prepay is ten months.
