Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers reports and document packs you buy online on buildwright.co.in. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Work you engage us for by phone or quote follows the engagement terms you sign, which take precedence over this page.

The price is shown before you pay. You can stop at any point before the payment completes. Closing the payment window cancels the order and nothing is charged.

If you paid and the report was not delivered, write to us within 7 days of the payment and we refund the full amount. If a report fails to generate after payment, the page offers a retry on the same payment first, so you are never charged twice for it.

If you were charged more than once for the same report, we refund the extra payments in full.

Each report is generated for the answers you gave and appears on screen as soon as the payment clears. Once it has been delivered, the purchase is complete and is not refundable.

Refunds go back to the account or card you paid from, through Cashfree. We start the refund within 2 working days of approving it. Your bank or card issuer decides how long it takes to show in your account.

Email connect@buildwright.co.in with the date of payment, the amount, and the mobile number you entered at checkout.
