How do I check whether my company's annual filings are up to date?
A private limited company files AOC-4 (financial statements) within 30 days of its AGM and MGT-7 or MGT-7A (annual return) within 60 days of it. A newly incorporated company with share capital also files INC-20A once, within 180 days of incorporation.
An LLP files Form 11 (annual return) within 60 days of the financial year closing and Form 8 (statement of account and solvency) within 30 days from the end of the first six months of the year, which is 30 October for a 31 March year end. Two secondary sources give the Form 8 date and the rule text itself is unread.
A late filing carries an additional fee. For AOC-4 and MGT-7 the rate is ₹100 a day with no upper limit, from two secondary sources. For Forms 8 and 11 the fee is a multiple of the normal filing fee that rises with the days late and depends on whether the LLP is small. That slab also rests on two secondary sources, with the gazette text unread.
The check works from your answers. Give it the incorporation date and tick what has been filed. It marks each filing as filed, late or due, totals the additional fee as of today and shows what falls due next.

Common questions
Can the check look up my company by CIN?
No. MCA offers no public service for it, so you enter the dates yourself.
What if the first financial year has not closed?
Then no annual filing is due yet. The check shows the date that year closes.
Does the check cover One Person Companies?
Not yet. One Person Companies follow different dates.
Why does INC-20A matter?
Until it is filed, the company cannot start business or use its borrowing powers (section 10A of the Companies Act 2013).
