What is the late fee for LLP Form 11?
Form 11's late fee runs on the same multiplier slab as Form 8: a multiplier on the normal Form 11 filing fee that steps up in bands by how many days late the filing is, higher at every band for an other-than-small LLP than for a small one.
Form 11 and Form 8 are filed on different schedules within the same financial year, but a delay on either one is priced the same way once it happens, and the amounts do not offset against each other.

Yes. An LLP cannot get a Form 24 strike-off through while any Form 8 or Form 11 is overdue, so the arrears have to clear even if the plan is to wind the LLP down.
